Contractor

Work as Contractor,,

Contractor usually imagined as people who wear helmet, bring large paper, and work in project. Yup, thats right, its true but not limited as mention before.

Contractor works is building physic so it is very simple, than other job. Even simple, but still very complicated and much things to do.

In my opinion, there are 4 main focus on contractor works,

1. Cost : Contractor is service, we sell service. This mean that we want the biggest profit, so cost should controlled well.
2. Time : Contractor works limited by time, and because time is money, so less time used lead to cost efficiency.
3. Quality : The 3rd Constrain of Contractor works is Quality. Quality means fit to purpose. There are two ways, process and result. Quality can be reached by qualified process, it can be applied by follow standard or doing best practise.
4. Environment : Recently, environment become hot issues. Honestly, Contractor work change the environment and usually get it worse, hehehehe…. So from this time, we want to change, we will keep natural balance.
